Google has announced that its upcoming Made by Google hardware event, scheduled for August 12th, will be hosted by comedian Trevor Noah. The company revealed this in a new promotional video, which also teases appearances from several other celebrities and influencers.
Among the notable guests are Alex Cooper, host of the popular podcast Call Her Daddy, who attended the 2025 event; Indian cricketer Shubman Gill, known for his appearances in Pixel ads; Japanese actress Ayami Nakajo, also a Pixel ad star; and NBA star Stephen Curry, who serves as Google's Performance Advisor.
Both Cooper and Noah are also bringing their shows to YouTube, further integrating the event with Google's video platform. Last year's event was hosted by Jimmy Fallon, and this year's lineup promises to bring a fresh mix of entertainment and tech.
