Apple Reportedly Testing MacBook Neo with A19 Pro Chip and 12GB RAM

Following the remarkable success of the MacBook Neo, Apple is reportedly working on a refreshed version of its budget-friendly laptop. According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, the new model will be powered by the A19 Pro chip—the same processor found in the iPhone 17 Pro, Pro Max, and iPhone Air—replacing the current A18 Pro from the iPhone 16 Pro. This chip upgrade is expected to bring a RAM increase from 8GB to 12GB, enhancing multitasking and overall performance. The report aligns with earlier speculation from analyst Tim Culpan, and also hints at new color options for the device.
